I purchased a MC-10 Aluma trailer on June 8, 2023. I worked with Adrienne to make the purchase. She kept me updated on status of delivery and they worked with me on the trailer pick up. I am a resident of the Navajo Nation so to getting to Tucson and scheduling a pick up was a big deal. When I arrived the tech that did the hook up was courteous and professional, he showed me the connection and checked that everything was in working order. He did a full walk around with me. Adrienne had all the paperwork prepared in advance and signing the paperwork was seamless. I was back on the road in short order. I want to thank the APC Team. If we get any inquiry on our bike trailer we will definitely let folks know where we purchased the unit.

Trailer exceeded my expectations, it is perfect for my needs

I bought a 34ft enclosed bumper pull from Kayla at APC trailers in Tucson. I had mine specially built in Waco Texas after Kayla and I built it with everything I wanted in and on it. The Covid hit half way through the build and shut factory down. As soon as they opened she ensured my trailer was given priority and kept my continually updated. I picked up the trailer in Waco and had a blow out about 200 miles from factory. I had a spare. Once home I contacted Kayla and she got me reimbursed for spare tire I had to buy as well they didnt install my tie downs ( I have full length e-track) and she got those and all materials sent to me to install. Great experience and love the trailer.
